An MBA, preferable from a top-notch institution like IIM, ISB, IMI, MDI, or any mater degree from the above list will make you eligible to hold managerial positions within the boundary of Finance.
The advantage of pursing higher studies is you will be pushed to higher positions such as Chief Financial Officer if you are able to perform to the expectations of the corporation.
