I was worried because it was $ 200, but thanks to PayPal refund policy. After repeated attempts when seller not responded then I open a dispute on PayPal claiming my refund. And PayPal helped me in the whole process and I got my full refund back to my account. It takes a little bit of time but I am happy with this because it increases my trust.
3. Global: - The third reason is it is widely accepted. A thing is widely accepted when it is popular. And no doubt it is the Popular platform in the whole world. It is accepted in around 196 countries. Most of the merchants and seller preferred PayPal as a payment option due to its hassle free service. And in the same way this is a very convenient option for the buyer also.
4. Old: - Many people believe Old is Gold. And for those yes it is an old platform. It is founded in 1998 in America and from that time till today PayPal is doing its business smoothly. 
5. Genuine: - In my five years of experience in online marketing I found that only legit and genuine global business use PayPal. The businesses or programs which are operating worldwide preferred PayPal if they are serious about their business and if they are for long term.
6. Customer Support: - PayPal offers excellent customer support to its customer. You can reach PayPal support through email as well as via phone. Sometimes PayPal calls the customer who contacted support to know their satisfaction level and help them personally with their problem.

          The reason behind those who don't want to opt PayPal due to its strict policies. And they fear if they want to go scam later then PayPal may become hurdle for them. That is why they choose other option because PayPal do not give license to Risky business model on internet or outside. 
 From my past experience I can say that, I have seen lots of website go scam who don't uses PayPal. And also PayPal closes  many business on internet when find something illegal or risky activity.

And at last I want to say that, I am not saying all website without PayPal are scam or turn scam. I only say most of them proved this in past. But there are also lots of Genuine Business Model on internet which do not use PayPal. And the reason for it depends on various factors..........................
